CANCELLATION POLICY
As a sole proprietor, my schedule is carefully managed to provide the best service to each client. For this reason, I ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service cost. • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may also result in the 20% fee. This policy ensures that my time and other clients’ and opportunities for appointments are respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
