I am a lifelong teacher and a perpetual learner, guided by a deep love of nature, curiosity, and compassion for others. My work is rooted in helping people slow down, listen inward, and support their nervous system in finding balance and ease. At Inner Sanctuary RI, I offer a calm, supportive space where the body is encouraged to release disrupted energy and return to its natural state of well-being. I meet each person with empathy, presence, and respect, honoring where they are in their own healing journey.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a sole proprietor, my schedule is carefully managed to provide the best service to each client. For this reason, I ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service cost. • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may also result in the 20% fee. This policy ensures that my time and other clients’ and opportunities for appointments are respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
